I don't believe in get-rich-quick methods and can tell you that photography is NOT one. Photography takes a ton of hard work and even more dedication to your craft in order to be successful. Wealthy Artists is designed to help and guide you through the arduous process of photography. As stated by law, I cannot and do not make any guarantees or representations about your own ability to get results or earn any money with my ideas, information, programs or strategies. I have worked incredibly hard to achieve my results and cannot guarantee you are willing to put in the same amount of work. I’m here to help by giving you my greatest strategies to move you forward. However, nothing on this page or any of our websites or emails or testimonials from any of my Companies are a promise or guarantee of future earnings. In no event shall WA be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the training and materials on the WA website/blogs/videos/conferences or the like including but not limited to the use of its training and products. even if the WA. In no event shall Wealthy Artists, Artist Admin or Love Brittny LLC be held accountable or liable for any damages associated with Go High Level, the software foundation for the Artist Admin platform. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you and such Jurisdictional choice of laws will prevail in the event the Venue and choice of Laws provision at Section 8 below is deemed unenforcible.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the WA website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WA does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. WA may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. WA does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.It is your responsibility to do on-going reviews of the Terms to maintain compliance.

WA has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WA of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Any claim relating to and against WA and its related entities and website shall be governed by the laws, choice of Laws, venue and Jurisdiction of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. WA will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

10. REFUND POLICY

WA desires to make you happy, and if you are not satisfied or pleased with your purchase or results you may contact WA for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.While WA hopes it will not come to that, it will make it painless as possible. NOTE THAT ONLY PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM WA qualify for this refund policy.

11.NON COMPETE

You cannot compete with the business model of WA to train others for a profit using WA materials for 2 years after becoming a member.This Term does not prevent you from using the WA training system to run your business of videography but you cannot sell online training materials and training similar to that of WA. Violation of this Term allows WA to obtain necessary restraining orders from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop such unlawful competing.

12.ENFORCEMENT

In the event WA must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.

13. CONSENT

Upon purchasing a course from WA, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters.You also consent to allowing your email address to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.

UPON REVIEW AND READING OF THESE TERMS YOU INDIVIDUALLY AND AS A MEMBER IN ANY CAPACITY WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.YOU SHOULD SEEK YOUR OWN LEGAL COUNSEL BEFORE BECOMING A MEMBER OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM WA OR ITS RELATED ENTITIES.
